I wanted to always eat right...
I know what I need to do to stay healthy - eat 5-9 fruits and veggies every day. But I can't always manage to pull it off. I mean, I like eating them, but I hate cutting them up. So unless someone else does it for me, or I buy them already washed and cut and pay a FORTUNE for them, they just don't make it into my mouth. I WANT to do the right thing, but some days I'm just too busy. We all know it's better to eat whole, natural, and even organic foods rather than processed, packaged, pretty much non-food, right? But time is precious and it often boils down to time and hunger pangs taking over. So what do we do? Even doctors tell us we need a multi vitamin to make up for the lack of perfection in our diets. But not all vitamins are created equal. I will be telling you more about which vitamins are safe as we get to know each other better.
